Billing is not switched on yet. Everything below is what it will be when it is, so nobody signs up without knowing. Nothing is charged today and no card is asked for.
Basic
$99 a month
- Up to 3 team members
- Quoting for every trade: screen print, embroidery, DTF, gang sheets, signs, wraps, laser, print products
- Job board, invoices, proofs and card payment links
- The customer page under your own name and colours
- QuickBooks Online, S&S live blank pricing and Google Drive
- Ready-for-pickup emails and 5 GB of shop files
Advanced
$199 a month
- Everything in Basic
- Unlimited team members, with view-only access
- The schedule, with bays and machines
- Duty list, stock, suppliers and purchase orders
- Cut files and the AI assistant
- Emails from your own domain, 50 GB of shop files and priority support
Founder
$60 a month, for life
- Everything in Advanced, nothing held back
- The rate never goes up, for as long as the account stays open
- For the shops who come in early and tell us what is wrong with it
- Your founder code goes on the account and holds the price
- If you are talking to us already, ask for one
Every new shop gets 14 days of Advanced free, with no card asked for. Put your own pricing in, run a few real jobs through it, and decide after. When the two weeks are up the shop moves to Basic unless you choose Advanced, and nothing you made is lost.
Paid separately, never marked up: card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe's rates, and S&S, QuickBooks and Google Drive need your own accounts.

The questions shops actually ask
Is anything being charged today?
No. Billing is not switched on yet. You can open a shop, put your pricing in and run real jobs through it without entering a card. When billing does go live you will be told well before anything is charged.
What happens after the 14 days?
The trial gives you everything in Advanced for 14 days, and it does not ask for a card, so nothing can charge you by surprise. When it ends the shop moves to Basic unless you choose Advanced. Nothing you made is lost; the Advanced tools just wait until you move up.
What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Both have every trade, quoting, the job board, invoices, proofs, card payments, the customer page, QuickBooks, S&S and Google Drive. Advanced adds unlimited team members and view-only access, the schedule, the duty list, stock and purchase orders, cut files, the AI assistant, emails from your own domain, 50 GB of shop files and priority support.
What does the founder rate actually mean?
$60 a month with everything in Advanced, for as long as the account stays open. It is for the shops who come in early with a founder code from us and tell us what is wrong with it. Spots are limited, and the rate does not go up later.
Is it per user?
No. The price is per shop, not per person. Basic covers up to 3 people and Advanced covers your whole floor, and every trade is on both.
What am I paying separately for?
Card processing goes to Stripe at their usual rate. An S&S account, a QuickBooks subscription and a Google account are yours if you want those connections. We do not mark any of that up.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your customers, jobs and invoices are yours, and artwork can live in your own Google Drive from the start so there is nothing to extract later.
