Fierce Shop Manager is the software Fierce Panda Prints uses to run its own shop. Every screen in it exists because something was going wrong without it.
Why it exists
We got tired of three systems and a whiteboard
Quotes in a spreadsheet, the schedule on a whiteboard, proofs in an email thread and the money somewhere else entirely. Every one of them had to agree with the other three, and they never did. So the quote, the art, the approval, the schedule and the invoice were made into one record, and the whiteboard came down.
